Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

Your credit union appreciates your membership and wants to help enhance your financial security. Mechanical Repair Coverage

Have you heard of, or been offered extended warranty insurance when purchasing a vehicle? We can answer questions about this kind of product, and make sure that you are getting what you really want.

Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP)

GAP is designed to protect members against financial loss in the event their vehicle is stolen or declared a total loss due to an insured peril.

GAP cancels the difference between the primary auto insurance carrier’s settlement and the outstanding loan balance. The outstanding loan balance is the pay-off amount that is directly related to the purchase of the vehicle or the amount borrowed that is secured by the vehicle (subject to coverage limits).

Single and/or Joint Credit Life Insurance

  • Credit insurance is voluntary and not required in order to obtain a loan.
  • If you elect insurance, you authorize the credit union to add the charges for insurance to your loan. You are eligible for insurance up to the maximum age for insurance. Insurance will stop when you reach that age.

Credit Disability Insurance

  • Credit insurance is voluntary and not required in order to obtain a loan.
  • If you elect insurance, you authorize the credit union to add the charges for insurance to your loan.
  • You are eligible for disability insurance only if you are working for wages or profit for 25 hours a week or more on the date of any advance. If you are not, that particular advance will not be insured until you return to work. If you are off work because of temporary layoff, strike or vacation, but soon to resume, you would be considered at work.
  • For pre-existing conditions not covered, refer to “Total Disabilities Not Covered” on the insurance certificate.
