System Conversion Notification

All members will receive a paper statement in the mail.

A paper statement for February will be mailed to all members due to the change in our online banking vendor. Please make sure your mailing address is up to date so you will receive that statement in March.  You will need to go into the new online system to select e-statements after the conversion.

Important Dates and Information Regarding the Conversion

Closures:

  • Online Banking/Bill Pay will be unavailable from February 27 - March 2
  • The Credit Union Branch will be closed on Monday, March 2
  • Debit cards may not work during the conversion, February 27 - March 2

What's Changing?

  • Online Banking is Changing to a New Product
  • Your Account Number is NOT changing
  • Your Debit Card is NOT changing
  • Online Bill Pay is NOT Changing

Online Banking Change

  • When the Credit Union reopens on March 3, you will be able to access online banking/bill pay with your current user ID; however, your password will need to be reset.
  • If your email and mobile phone number are up to date in our current system, then you will be able to request your new password when you log in.  If your contact information is not up to date in our system, then Credit Union staff will need to reset your password.
  • Bill Pay is not changing and your payees and scheduled payments should not be affected.
