Opting Out of Text Message Alerts

Your privacy is important to us. If you no longer wish to receive text messages from Castparts Employees Federal Credit Union, you can easily opt out at any time.

To unsubscribe from text messages:

• Reply to any message: Simply reply to any text message from us with the word STOP.
• Other keywords: We will also honor opt-out requests using keywords such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send you a one-time text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further text messages from us, except for a final confirmation of your opt-out.

Please note:

• This opt-out process applies to marketing, informational, and collections text messages. It does not apply to banking alerts you have created inside of Online Banking.
• Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages you send to us.
• Opting out of text messages will not affect other forms of communication from us, such as email or postal mail.
